Someone thought I should post this here! My homemade green pasta with burrata!

    Sauce from scratch. Handful of arugula and spinach combined in a food processor with 5 large basil leaves, juice of half a lemon, salt, about 1/2 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese, 1 tbsp of garlic, and a healthy amount of high quality olive oil (4-5tbsp). Mixed with spinach and chive pasta from Trader Joe’s and topped with a ball of fresh burrata cheese!

    Edit: who woulda known the pasta sub would be so aggressive 😂

    Please don’t put burrata nor mozzarella on top of your pasta.

  3. I just had burrata for the first time ever, this week, it is *luscious*. Purists will say it shouldn’t go on pasta, but I bet it would pair really well with some cherry tomatoes and spinach w/pasta.

    Oh, reading your recipe, I see you put spinach in the pasta itself! Nice!
