    Recipe for Spinach + Peas pesto;

    Ingredients: fresh baby spinach, frozen peas, extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    Instructions: Blanch frozen peas in hot water for a few minutes. Drain and pat dry.
    Blend together all the ingredients mentioned above along with the blanched peas in a food processor to make the pesto.
    Toss your favorite cooked pasta in it and enjoy!
