Nah, the sauce looks like ragù bolognese, which is eaten with tagliatelle or pappardelle. Also the burrata will bland the flavour of the meat sauce. Could be a good meal, but not ‘very’ Italian..

infidel! seek penance for your sins, for you have brought together what shall not meet. Now begone! and repent! may nonna’s spirit have mercy on your soul.
at least you haven’t put it all on a pizza or sprinkled pesto over it.

Someone dropped burrata onto your pasta. It might not be too late to salvage both.

No, but looks tasty.

If you want an advice , use stracciatella instead of burrata in a pasta plate

defiunetely not looking like an italian plate of pasta.
Maybe without burrata ok…. plus: adding olive oil on a burrata… isn’t it fat enough?

Most non Italian attempt to be Italian.

Unfortunately, it does not correspond to an Italian dish. However, it will certainly be very good and I therefore wish you “Buon appetito”!

Thinking about it for a bit…. WAIT! :)If I had to use those ingredients at all:I would certainly have prepared the sauce. But the burrata (but I think is better mozzarella, burrata no need here) I would have done that anyway. 😉
I will have cut the mozzarella into small pieces, after having cooked the pasta al dente,I would have finished cooking by creaming the mozzarella on top. By sautéing everything in a pan, in this way the mozzarella would become spun and amalgamated with the dish. 😉
**OR another way is as follows:** You cook the pasta, you pull it al dente, ok? Then you pass everything in ONE PAN, put the mozzarella on top, in chunks, PARMIGIANO REGGIANO and bake to finish cooking, on an oven at **160 degrees.** You will have exquisite baked pasta. maccheroni al forno
It looks like a southern Italian accidentally dropped his mozzarella on a bolognese’s lunch

Fresh mozzarella and ragù pasta TOGETHER doesn’t sound Italian. The ragù is more flavored than mozzarella it will end to cover its taste. Eat first the bolognese, then in a clean dish eat mozzarella with EVO a basil leaf and a just grinded black pepper.
