reviewing some recipes is right and it’s also fun, but distorting them is going too far.I’m not very convinced by tomatoes, what processing did you do with the tomatoes?
pecorino is not good for puttanesca. no cheese is used on puttanesca.Parsley is not used and even if it were, it should be finely chopped. so you eat grass!
I never argue about the taste of something, which cannot be known and is at the discretion of tastes.I’m not a traditionalist as mentioned, but to change a recipe you must first learn the traditional recipe.This is not puttanesca, it seems to me like pasta, with tomato sauce, but I’m not arguing that it can be excellent taste 🙂 but is not puttanesca.
