Head chef, Matteo Guerra is a former head chef at Cavalli Club in Dubai, who learnt his trade working throughout Europe and Canada for accomplished cooks, such as chef René Redzepi, at a two-Michelin star restaurant in Denmark
Heenjoys simplicity and freshness when it comes to his food, as well as the opportunity to share dishes and try new things with family and friends.
Matteo Guerra brings with him a whole host of tastes, cooking styles and inspirations from his time spent working his way around the world.

Until 31st of July 2019 we have donated the equivalent of 441,851 Litres.

We are in the final stages in closing the loop of the plastic recycling process and we will start producing Polo Shirts from textile fibres created from the plastic bottles.
