My favorite lazy meal is just any type of pasta with a nice oil and some pecorino. I played a lot of sports so it’s the meal of my childhood

I like to really mix in the starchy pasta water hard to froth up the oil and create an almost cream like texture. Love your food Vincenzo !
Garlic doesn't get creamy. Not every single damn thing is "creamy"

My mom loves her pasta swimming in jarred prepared sauce and ( Im sorry!) breaks her spaghetti before cooking it.
I have not tried that but even an amateur like me can make it.

If cook is an american: Garlic, olive oil, chilli, cream, shredded plastic cheese, onion, chicken… and extra "matter be like cheese" on top.
