  1. It looks good, contrary to the name this is a Neapolitan dish, the only thing i have to say is that the eggplant needs to be fried till golden brown.
    Usually Neapolitans make this dish when there’s a left over of melanzane a funghetti, you should try making pasta Alla pulcinella.
