    Yeah does look a bit thick. But other than that, it looks perfect and the sauce. Of course not much can be said without tasting

    I hope you didn’t put any cream into your Ragu because that is verboten! :p

    Anyway, looks delicious. Nowadays I make a low effort Ragu by grating the carrot and celery.
