To make the Bolognese Meat
1) Olive oil (3-4 tbsp)
2) Chopped pork meat or bacon (100 gms. approx.)
3) Meat (Beef, Lamb, or Chicken) – 400 to 500 gms.
4) Bayleaf and Rosemary
5) Salt and freshly ground black pepper (1 tsp each)
6) Chopped vegetable of your choice: Here we used 1 chopped onion, chopped celery, diced carrots
7) Light & Semi-dry Italian red wine (1/4 cup)
8) Tomato puree (1 tsp)
9) Diced tomato (2 cans)
10) Beed/Chicken stock – 1/3 cup

1) Ample salt to pasta water
2) Spaghetti
