300 grams of spaghetti
1 1/2 cups of cottage cheese
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
2 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 1/2 cups of frozen peas
1 1/2 cups of chives

Directions:

Step 1:
Begin by boiling water and adding a generous amount of salt. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.

Step 2:
In a blender, combine the creamy cottage cheese (opt for the variety with the highest protein content), grated garlic cloves, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Blend until smooth, creating a luscious creamy sauce. Pour the sauce into a large bowl.

Step 3:
When the spaghetti is nearly done, add the frozen peas to the pot and cook them for one minute. Drain the pasta, making sure to reserve some of the cooking water. Add the drained spaghetti and peas to the creamy sauce in the bowl. Incorporate a bit of the reserved pasta water and give it a good mix.

Step 4:
To serve, garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and generous amounts of fresh chives.
