In this video, I Hate Cooking | Italian Chickpea Vegan Family Dinner Recipe, we are cooking up the 3rd recipe in the series.

Recipe:

Ingredients:
2 cups raw baby spinach
1 chopped yellow onion
1 cups dry pasta. I used corkscrews. macaroni will work also
2 cups jar pasta sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp pink sea salt
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
parsley to garnish
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
1. Cook pasta according to box directions ( I add oil and salt to my water as shown in video)
2. in a pan add oil or water
3. saute onion
4. add chickpeas
5. add spinach
6. add pasta sauce
7. add cooked pasta
8. stir and cover pasta
9. add seasoning
10.. add nutritional yeast – adds cheesy flavor 🙂
11. enjoy
