Craving pizza? Don’t even think about ordering it because you can bake an excellent pizzeria quality at home with this recipe using Raw Himalayas Pizza Flour. Let’s get started.

INGREDIENTS

For the dough-
Raw Himalayas Italian Style 00 Pizza Flour- 230 grams

Lukewarm water – 175 grams
Active dry yeast- 1 tsp
Sugar – 1tsp
Olive oil – 2-3 tbsp.
Salt – 1 tsp
Oregano & Chili Flakes – According to taste.

For each pizza-
Marinara Sauce – 2 tbsp.

Cheddar cheese – 1 cube
Mozzarella cheese – 1⁄4 cup
Toppings – according to preference
METHOD
Add the sugar and yeast to lukewarm water and mix. Let the yeast bloom for 10 mins.
To the flour add the salt and the bloomed yeast.
Mix until no liquid remains. Add the oil and knead a soft supple dough.
Let the dough rise at room temperature for 2 hours or until doubled in size.
Once risen deflate the dough and knead for 2-3 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts and let it rise for another 30 mins.
Flatten the risen dough ball onto a greased baking tray until a circular shape is formed.
Add the pizza sauce, cheese and toppings.
Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 7- 10 minutes. Use both the OTG rods and keep the tray closer to
the upper rod.
Sprinkle some oregano and chili flakes and serve hot.
