This mouthwatering lamb steak topped with tangy salsa verde are a perfect combination. This is an unusual but delicious way to enjoy steaks. Served beautifully with fresh kale on the side, indulge in this dish on your next keto cooking session.

Ingredients:
For the Italian Salsa Verde:
¼ cup fresh Parsley and fresh Basil
¼ cup Olive Oil
1 Garlic clove
2 fillets of Anchovies
1 Tbsp Lemon juice

For the Lamb Steak:
2 tsp Olive Oil, for cooking
400 grams Lamb Steaks
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup Kale, to serve

Procedure:
1. Prepare all the ingredients for the Italian Salsa Verde.
2. Place all of the ingredients to a food processor.
3. Process until well combined. Set aside.
4. Season lamb steaks with salt and pepper. Then, heat a pan and the olive oil.
5. Add the steaks and cook for 2-4 minutes each side or depends on the doneness you prefer.
6. Flip carefully and cook the other side of the steak.
7. Place on a serving plate.
8. Add the salsa over the steaks.
9. Serve with fresh kale and enjoy.
