Let’s use the amazing kale to make a delicious recipe with it 👩‍🍳… Who can we prepare it with? @danielerossichef1933 of course 😃

INGREDIENTS
A bunch of kale
An onion
400g of tagliatelle
250g of gorgonzola
Evo oil to taste
Salt to taste

METHOD
Clean and dry the kale, chop the onion and put it in a pan with some hot oil. Brown the onion, add the kale and a few ladles of cooking water. Finally add the gorgonzola and let it melt.

Chop the chives and pour the pasta. Once the tagliatelle are ready we can toss everything, and adjust if it lacks salt. Be careful because the gorgonzola it could be salty, so better to put the salt at the end. Enjoy your meal!
