  1. Mhmhm look like muffa(=mold) pizza.

    My advice is to not use such quantity of pesto, if that’s real pesto it should be an hefty amount of garlic…

    I would use less pesto, more mozzarella, some fresh basil and pine nuts to garnish. Maybe fresh tomatoes too as garnish too, possibly “ciliegino”

    Hold on, honest and genuine thought sharing: pesto is not supposed to be ‘cooked’ and by putting it on a pizza and chuck it in a oven is basically gonna cook the sauce, which is a no no. I understand the idea behind the dish, and it might taste good (or not), but again, pesto is not supposed to be cooked, you do you btw

    Edit: spelling, wrote hoven instead of oven for whatever reason
