    This is my first time making it. Hope it’s authentic enough for the keen foodies on this sub!

    Sauce of onion, garlic, mild Italian sausage,dried herbs, passata, wine and chili flakes.

    Layered in a 9×12 with a cheese mixture of ricotta, mozzarella, Asiago, Parmigiano and egg.

    Topped with basil and beautifully crisp edges here and there, but still saucy underneath.
