  1. It looks like laccha paratha but it isn't technically. It is actually tandoori roti. Which is cooked in tandoor. And if you put garlic in that in Mumbai we call it garlic naan.

  2. it's lachha parantha but if you cook it in tandoor then it's tandoori lachha parantha and if you smash it and make it soft then it's more authentic

  4. Laccha Paratha. Chef Palashmitra makes it at his Starred restaurant in Hong Kong. He makes tandoor scotch egg among other incredible things. Also his restaurant names are sick. Rajasthan Rifles and New Punjab Club

  5. Laccha paratha another variation of this is chur chur naan and it looked closer to the chur chur naan

  6. Lacha Paratha is diff, roti is diff.. that circular thing he did is the characteristic step for a lacha Paratha. Parathas, puris mostly made with flour, wheat is healthy option but flour tastes wayy chewy n tasty.
    Also roti is mostly made in 'tawa' (pan), it isn't supposed to be crispy, it's mostly soft, not creamy.. kind of wheaty if that makes sense.
    I won't accept a roti until i get that signature steam leaking from its blown up coelem.
