extra virgin olive oil, onion, garlic, tomato paste, diced san marzano tomatoes, roasted red pepper, salt, freshly ground pepper, fresh basil, runny egg in the middle with a sprinkle of pecorino cheese and green onion

some ancient grain toast (needed some fiber)
homemade bread
prosciutto
olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping

this was by far one of the best things ive ever made. ill be having it again tomorrow!!
