Joe, I noticed the price of olive oil everywhere has gone up tremendously. Since you're in the industry, can you say if there''s been a bad olive crop?

Mmmm, hey Joe, we used to go to an Italian restaurant years ago. The owner offered us focaccia bread, but his was like a cracker with a tiny amount of cheese and topped with arugula. I’d love to find a recipe for that. Maybe it has a different name.
