I love pasta recipes and this dish is not a traditional Italian pasta dish but it sure is a delicious one. This is spicy crab pasta! In many ways you could called it Thai Pasta as I am using many of the flavors of Southeast Asia in many of my pasta recipes. The flavors of garlic and basil along with the spicy nature of both red and green chilies with tomatoes and olive oil and let’s not forget the crab claw meat. If you love pasta recipes as much as I do then you should try this recipe out I promise you will love it! You can find the recipe below.

  1. This "Thai Pasta" looks spicy, you can never go wrong with a little spice! What an eclectic recipe with a nice choice of flavors, and ingredients. For 2 are you kidding me, I would smash the whole plate! Nice.

  2. That looks so delicious.
If I didn't like crab would it work with prawns or tuna?
    Or even void of seafood?

  3. I'm not on the asian or italian side… i have enjoyed them both. I'm on the 'cooking with fire' side! I'm gonna take up a collection and buy you a grill!

  4. Richard, I love that this wasn't too saucy and enjoyed that you stir fried the dish Asian style at the end. Really creative!

  5. I love crab anything! crab mac and cheese, crab wontons, crab quesadillas, now spicy crab pasta! yumm thanks for sharing!

  6. Howdy Richard, it has been a rough winter, but I've been getting my health back on track and doing pretty good now…..so you'll be seeing more of me again 🙂

  8. Looks great Rich , I just might have to try that one , bet that would be good with lobstah meat too…..!!!

  9. That looks delicious Richard. I haven't had Crab in a while and even when we get it, I usually end up making crab cakes. Will have to try it with Linguni!

  10. What I wouldn't give to be eating a plate of that right now.
I love crabs. And I can only imagine how nicely the sweetness of the crabs plays against those spicy chilies. YUM!

  11. Did you know that noodles originated in China? You might have a fully Asian dish there. Nevermind, that looks absolutely delish!

    Good job!

  12. The sauce looks great, but I know Italians that would beat you for treating pasta like that, Richard. Cook pasta before starting sauce? Let it go all clumpy and then fry it? I love the flavours you create, but crikey!

  13. Very nice recipe! I'll try it. If you really want to have fun. Enable the subtitles on this video. This is hilarious!

  15. I could eat the sauce by itself, but the final product looks a little dry. I will try myself but with more tomato sauce and a little water.
