1/2 pound shrimp, chopped
1& 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 onion finely chopped
1/2 bell pepper finely chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup of prosecco
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon baking powder
salt & pepper
Combine all ingredient and mix until fully incorporated. Fry in small batches in oil heated to 350, turning once until golden brown.
Cocktail sauce:
2 tablespoons raw horseradish root
6 tablespoons ketchup
dash of Worchestershire sauce
squeeze of lemon juice
mix until smooth (adjust horseradish amount for desired strength)
