   really nice work!

   i don’t know if you’re actually interested but here’s some grammatically correct title:
   – orecchiette ai broccolini e salsiccia
   – orecchiette con broccolini e salsiccia

   or the more natural (to me) and simple:
   – orecchiette broccolini e salsiccia

   Agreed. Very good work! I would say “Orecchiette con Broccolini e Salsiccia” if I was printing it on a menu and “Orecchiette Broccolini e Salsiccia” if I was saying it out loud.
