Hey everyone, my Grandma taught me how to make this super delicious Raspberry Cake, since then, I love cooking it.
Ingredients
for making sponge cake:
2 eggs
120 sugarcane
50 g sunflower oil
160 g flour
7 g baking powder
for making of lemon cream:
350 ml milk
1 peel of lemon
1 egg
80 g sugarcane
30 g corn starch
100 ml of lemon juice
for decorations:
raspberries
icing sugar
