    Fun fact, not everyone appreciate truffles.
    The usual comment from those people is that it “smells like gas”

    I don’t really like or dislike it. I certainly wouldn’t pay the cost of a truffle

    I had a very similar plating of this dish in gubbio , Italy at Taverna del lupo. 10 years later still the best pasta I’ve ever had.
