I got my first cast iron pan a week ago so of course I needed to make my very first frittata

    For some reason, I was really intimidated by this dish but it was super easy and fun to make haha

    I wasn’t really sure about what to put in so I used onion, cherry tomatoes, spinach and topped it with mozzarella. It’s really delicious but it wss definitely undercooked the first time.

    Some parts were really fluffy and lovely while the egg was runny in some parts. Could’ve been the moisture from the mozzarella too? Since I took a ball straight from the package and only let it dry for a few minutes. No idea. Whatever it is, maybe I’ll let it sit in the oven for a few extra minutes next time haha
