Sorry…..but fettuccine Alfredo is just butter and parmigiano reggiano, this is something completely different. Alfredo in via della Scrofa says the secret is in the creaming between butter and parmigiano made by expert hands……to be honest it’s just some butter with cooking water and parmigiano, nothing more than just that 😀
