  1. I think that the reason why the pasta will taste better if it is mixed with the sauce on the pan instead of the plate is the heat; it helps the pasta absorb the sauce.

  2. I put LOTS of salt in the water. I heard the water has to be almost as salty as the sea – but I actually don't use THAT much salt…

    This guy is clearly not even Italian. Guarantee he sells fake Rolexes out of the back of his full size van, or perhaps meth. Doesn't really matter. Just don't listen to this shyt advice..
