
*FAST PIZZA MARINARA*. Hi guys, today I want to show you a quick recipe. It’s not really a pizza because the pizza dough needs at leat 24h to rest (and you need another type of yeast), but a quick alternative. If you want to make yourself a pizza but don’t want to wait, this is the recipe for you

For the dough:
– 300g of flour type 00
– 120g of water
– 1 tsp of Sugar
– 1tsp of salt
– 5g of instant yeast
– 2tbsp of olive oil
For the sauce:
– 5tbsp of olive oil
– 2 gloves of garlic
– tomato sauce
– oregano
– salt and pepper
What is that oven?

I do it it that way when I can’t wait :
– put the water in a bowl first, sightly cooler than body temperature
– Dissolve the fresh yeast in the water. Add a little more than usual.
– Add a small pinch of sugar
– Add and mix everything else but keep 1/2 of the flour back for later. It will look like pancake dough.
– wait for at least 15 minutes. A minimum of the necessary gluten and gasses needed for pizza dough should quickly rise under those conditions. In fact, you should avoid this recipe if you want to raise a more stable dough over night in the fridge – I wouldn’t let it raise for more than 6 hours.
It’s still not an elastic dough that can be shaped well (looks similar as with OPs dough) – for that you really needs more time.
