Hi guys, today I want to share with you the menu I cooked for my girlfriend on our anniversary. The appetizer Is a salted cannoli filled with mortadella and ricotta mousse.I then cooked her a Gricia with truffles.
While for the second course I served her a fillet Wellington with small potatoes and wine sauce (but since it’s not an Italian dish I won’t post the picture). She brought dessert (peanuts and chocolate cookies).
