This is my first report after moving to Dubai, a beautiful and spectacular city with kind people, tourist attractions and very delicious Arabic and local foods and various international foods from different countries of the world that are served in unique and luxurious restaurants and hotels. Although, street food in Dubai is also very popular, so from now on, we are going to prepare a cool report for you about the different collections of this city.

Armani Dubai Luxury Restaurant, the famous Italian restaurant, was the first place that I decided to report on after moving to Dubai, a restaurant that is part of the Armani Hotel Dubai, located in Burj Khalifa, with extremely beautiful and stylish decoration and designs and very delicious food served in a unique way, which is very famous and popular in Dubai. The dishes of Armani restaurant are prepared by one of the best head chefs in Dubai, Mr. Giovanni M. Papi, who has received several awards, including a Michelin star in 2022.
Armani restaurant has very exciting appetizers, meals and desserts, which, in addition to their unique taste, also have very beautiful and attractive garnishes.

Before going to the table and choosing the dinner menu, Giovanni and I went to the Armani restaurant kitchen to prepare some Italian dishes for us, which were very interesting to me, arancini with fergolasarda, which is an Italian dish with tomato sauce and fresh basil.
Spicy bread that was flavored with cinnamon and ginger, toasted and crispy, along with pumpkin soup and lardo di colonnata, which is a very delicious soup, and a combination of tart with seasonal mushrooms and goat cheese inside. Peaches and a little ginger, are added on top which turned in to a rainbow of flavors.

The dinner menu included various items that I was very excited to try. We had the Capesante which consisted of Scotatte Alla Plancha, caviar, purple eggplant, sautéed leeks, Hokkaido scallops, caviar, purple eggplant emulsion and it was delicious.
The veal tanato was another item of our dinner, which included veal, bluefin tuna, capers powder, and its taste was unique. We also had porcini, which has freshly sautéed mushrooms, onions and smoked potatoes, and is a must try.
The Green Planet was another item of our dinner, which includes aromatic plant chlorophyll watercolor, Sicilian red shrimp risotto with aromatic herbs, pickled Sicilian red shrimp, and I must say that it had a very beautiful color and an exceptional taste.
Dentex fillet was made from sautéed cauliflower, black ink, green oil, sweet lemon, lemon confit, which had a very special and cool taste. For dessert, we had dark chocolate and passion fruit, which was a very interesting combination.

  5. آقای taster برنامه شما وقتی جذاب است که به فارسی غذاها را توضیح دهید و از رستوران به زبان فارسی تعریف کنید و غیره والاه که مردم فقط خوردن در برج خلیفه عربها و یا امثال انرا بدون توضیح نخواهند خواست،،حدس من،، من سالها در امریکا Anthony Bordain را نگاه میکردم و وقتی برنامه مشابهی را توسط یک ایرانی دیدم شروع به دیدن آن کردم و علاقمند شدم .این یک توصیه دوستانه است.

  7. I prefer when you speak farsi because I think your personality comes out more. You could do a mix of both languages. It's always good to practice your English though haha

  8. قشنگه. اما هیچ جا ایران نمیشه. یه جورایی سرد و بی روح بود. وقتی وارد یه رستوران ایرانی میشدی چه جوری تحویلت میگرفتن. امیدوارم یک روز هر ایرانی بتونه توی وطن خودش فعالیت کنه

Great restaurant and great standard and good to see Mr. Taster familiarizing himself to fine dining, but one thing for sure if u proceed ur videos with both languages like more of urs and some English will be better cause what i saw as a viewer u r very limited with ur English words and could not express urself much as a food blogger. Ur farsi self is more fun and passionate than the English of more stiffness. Again it’s just my personal view as a viewer, I might be wrong but wish u all the best with ur new start in Dubai n can’t wait to see more of u. ❤❤❤❤
