I always love leftover risotto – that way I can make arancini. This is made with pumpkin risotto, filled with Mortadella, ham, Camembert and Mozzarella.

hello it’s the first time I’ve seen Sicilian arancini with tomato sauce. I live in the north of Italy we don’t do them. Have you seen the recipe on the internet or is it yours?
