Homemade Pasta NO MACHINE + Recipe

    Recipe:
    -2 eggs + 6 egg yolks
    -Pinch if salt
    -1 tbsp oil

    1. Form flour into a moat/bowl
    2. combine salt, oil, and eggs
    3. Dump egg mix into flour moat
    4. Slowly bring in flour from the edges incorporating it with the eggs
    5. Add remaining flour and combine into a shaggy ball
    6. Add water if “kneeded” (heh) and kneed 10 min.
    7. Cover with plastic wrap and rest dough 30 min
    8. Divide into 8 pieces and roll them into thin sheets flouring as you stack them. (Thin: should see hand through the back of the pasta sheet!).
    9. Cut noodles to desired size, boil 3-4 min and enjoy with favorite sauce!
