Fun fact. We use to call this pasta “puttanesca” (who stands for whore, bitch, “puttana” in italian) because it’s popular belief that capers are aphrodisiacs, and some sex workers used to Cook this dish to their guests

This is the type of meal I could eat literally everyday. I love it and it’s pretty balanced in terms of macronutrients. Only thing is I don’t really want to become mercury-man
