The ground beef & rice dish I’d recommend looking into Cuban Picadillo it’s ground beef with rice but with real flavor also really easy. It’s got extra oomph 🌟

Thank you very much for this video!!! I watched every second of it! Many of the recipes I can't make because of dairy being too big a part of them but others I can definitely omit it and/or sub some oil or other for the butter when sauteeing and stuff. Butter to me is the perfect emetic! One that will probably be the first I make is the Taco Stuffed Shells! I won't do the sour cream with it but that looks super good!!! I need to write down the names of the recipes I want to make and the times they are in the video so I know where to find them! As always my absolute very very best wishes to you and yours!!!! I spread this out over two days. It was a long one. But lots of great recipes. I love anything with pasta or noodles. And you did not disappoint me. I cook most nights, because I live in the country. No pizza or Door Dash here. They can’t get up my driveway. So we cook. My husband’s specialty is eggs and potatoes. And I make everything else. Since we have to eat we might as well eat some good tasting food. I’m so glad I found your channel.
