  1. Beaufiful! I must make one of these. So much fun to watch Nonna Rosetta Rauseo – so much like when I used my own Grandma in the kitchen!

  2. O.K. Fantastic reciepe Do you think NoNa wants to pick out the new furniture for the wedding.Only if she cooks like that every day for me GOD BLESS,Bill Petillo

  3. Wow! This dish and the Cartellate recipe bring back memories from when I was a child. Delicious! I will be making both recipes (and the pasta con sarde) soon. Thanks for sharing!

  5. I am shore you are engoying your Poisen Geno food, When you know nothing nothing can Heart you right ? well these days no its wrong. If you are good people you should investigate and inform other people into what is Geno food. WAKE UP!!!!

  6. Lovely Recipe, however this cheesecake was burned black on the bottom crust and had black areas on the top. An hour and a half would be too long in most ovens and certainly too long for this pie. Also, the filling looked too dry after baking. I have made many ricotta cheesecakes with a pie crust; without burning the crust or drying out the filling. Great Recipe but bad cooking example. You should have re-filmed the ending with a correctly cooked example

  7. I ove the concept of this show… having Nonnas on to share their treasured, authentic Italian recipes !

  8. Thank you so much , this was great. Do you have recipes for a cream soda cheesecake and a Turkish delight cheesecake? Thank you.

  9. I love cheesecake and this one sounds delicious! I also love that you had Nonna on to help with the recipe 🙂

  11. this seem like a lovely cheesecake, but how many flour was used with this cake?
also, it is a tablespoon or teaspoon of baking powder? or can i actually skip the baking powder?

  12. I have some ricotta impastata in my refrigerator…….I think this will be the perfect way to use it! Does this particular cheesecake freeze well?

  13. I'm surprised you didn't say you're napoletana !!! usually people from Avellino say they're from Napoli

  14. Rossella – few years ago i tried this verses how i do it – it turned out great, Thanks for the videos, love them all. Cooking should look easy while maintaining control of the house with a stern voice and making sure no one, no one, steps foot in the kitchen! Except for the elect few grand kids that have the magic. 🙂 Nonna has the power, you're capturing it all…. and yes i'm a nonna. 🙂

  15. Rosella,Do you think your Nonna would like to get married again so she could cook for me.That cheese cake is wonderful=GOD BLESS HER and YOU.Thank you for your Video's

  16. My great-grandmother came from Avelino!
(My mom's family is 3/4 Campanian, but her grandparents were the ones who came over.)

  17. Hun I find you to be amazing. You know nothing about nothing using these grandmothers to develop a YouTube channel.
You don’t even know to let these grannies cook like the Pasta Grannies. You sound like an idiot. Amazing!!!!

  18. I would be very appreciative if someone could tell me more about this egg and sugar dessert for babies.

  19. The first time I tried it it wasn't good at all because four cups of sugar was entirely too much even adding a little at a time when they mention four cups it sounds to me that all needs to be done a little at a time. Two cups of flour is perfect.
