Aromi Italian restaurant is owned and operated by veteran chef German Castellanos. He was a chef at many Italian restaurants on the strip before finally opening his dream restaurant Aromi in 2021. German brings his decades of experiences and pours his heart into all the dishes he makes at this restaurant. All the pastas, breads, and sauces are made fresh and from scratch everyday.
For my dinner we ordered the Soup of the day which was a Minestrone Soup for $11, Risotto of the day that had Shimeji Mushrooms and Burgundy Truffles for $42, Pasta of the day which was the Wild Boar Pappardelle Pasta for $28, the Spaghetti Neri for $34, and for dessert the Yoghurt Panna Cotta for $9. Every meal comes with complimentary bread which had toasted Focaccia and Ciabatta slices. Total: $134.39 with tax not including tip.
They told me that they were able to create a tasting menu for $85 per person if you call ahead and it would consist of 5 different courses. I’m curious about this and want to try it out next time.
