I will not include amounts in this recipe as it can all be how you like!
Chopped onion
Roasted acorn squash (cut in half and seeds removed)
Roasted butternut, carrots, sweet potato (diced)
Sweet peas
Fregola Pasta
Butter
Romano (or parmesen cheese)
of course SALT & PEPPER!

At the end of the cook you may notice I added some pasta water, that just helps to bring it all together and make it creamy! Adding liquid helps prevent the oils from butter and cheese from separating which can ruin your dish!
