INGREDIENTS
300ml water
40g sugar
80g butter
220g flour
4 eggs
Frying oil
Sugar and cinnamon

METHOD
In a saucepan, melt the butter and sugar with water, then slowly add the flour. As soon as the batter thickens, let it cool and incorporate the eggs.

With the help of a pastry bag, pour strips of mixture into the boiling oil, Fry the churros in boiling oil and drain them when they are golden brown. Sprinkle the churros with sugar and cinnamon.
