I absolutely love bolognese! It has been one of my favourite meals for as long as I can remember! So, I had to come up with a delicious vegetarian alternative! I actually have more than one recipe for vegetarian bolognese, such is my love for it, but this was the first one I ever tried. I hope you try it and enjoy it!
