The Recipe: Tomato Sauce, chopped mushrooms, chopped tomatoes, chopped spinach, sliced garlic, buffalo mozzarella cheese.

The Dough: 500g 00 flour, 320g water; 3g of yeast; 11g of salt; No sugar. No autolyse. 20g Oil. Raised the dough at room temperature until doubled in size. 50 hours cold-proof.
