The Recipe: Garlic Infused Olive Oil, Sliced Mushrooms, Pork Sausages, Fresh Spinach, Buffalo Mozzarella.
The Dough: – 500g Molino Grassi 00 flour, 320g water; 3g of yeast; 11g of salt; No sugar. No autolyse. 20g Oil. Raised the dough at room temperature until doubled in size. Overnight cold-proof.
