One Pan Creamy Chicken and Gnocchi Recipe | Spinach, Mushrooms, Garlic, Onion, YUM!
When in doubt, one-pan meal it out. Thatβs not a traditional saying, but it totally should be! I know most people hate spending an hour in the kitchen. With this one-pan creamy chicken and spinach gnocchi, you donβt even have to spend 30 minutes! This dish is so simple yet the flavors are out of this world good! Ingredients for Gnocchi
Chicken Breast 500gm
Onion 1.5
3 Tsp. Olive oil
Ground Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Red Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
Mushroom 4pc.
Small Cloves of Garlic 5pc.
Butter 50gm
white Flour 2 Tsp
Milk 200 ml
Gnocchi 500gm
Sliced Cheese – 2
Cheddar Cheese – 2
Parmesan Cheese – 100gm
DIRECTIONS
Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add chicken and cook until golden, 4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
Reduce heat to medium and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil. Add onion and mushrooms and cook until golden, 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute more. Add butter and white flour up any brown bits on the bottom of the pan, then slowly add Milk more for a creamy texture. Add cheeses and stir until melted, Bring to a simmer and season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. hen add spinach and stir until wilted.
Slice chicken Stir in gnocchi and return chicken to pan. Let simmer until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165Β°, 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add Parmesan Cheese at the end. and Plate it and enjoy.
