Venturini Baldini in Reggio Emilia, Italy is an 100% organic vineyard and has been operating since the 17th century. On property they have a small resort with 11 rooms that you can book to stay at. They also have an acetaia balsamic vinegar attic and make and sell traditional balsamic vinegars of various ages, some as old as 40 years! When you visit you can enjoy delicious Lambrusco wine tastings, try a bunch of their balsamic vinegars and even enjoy a tasty organic vegan lunch. If you visit in September you might even get a chance to try harvesting some grapes!
