This recipe is perfect for people who are vegetarian or vegan since the pasta has no eggs and the sauce is made exclusively with fresh asparagus.
If for some reason asparagus don’t tickle your fancy you can substitute them with any other vegetable you prefer and follow the same cooking process!
If you are a meat and cheese lover this pasta is still a fantastic option for you and you can pair it with any of your favorite condiments and sauces!

PASTA :

Semolina flour 250g
Luke warm water 130g
Oil 8g

SAUCE :

Asparagus 400g
Oil to taste
One clove of garlic
Salt and pepper
