breakfast: black coffee w leftover domino’s pizza-
– 1 veggie paradise
– 1 farmhouse
lunch: vegetarian sushi-
– nori
– vinegar rice (2/3 cup cooked rice + 2 tbsp vinegar + 1 tbsp sugar + pinch of salt) {ps: i like more sugar but you can adjust)
– yellow bell pepper
– paneer
– sriracha
– soy sauce (to dip)
dinner: yellow soup-
– 1/2 yellow bell pepper
– 1 tomato
– 1 onion
– lots of garlic
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– salt, pepper and Italian seasoning
bake the above ingredients for 40 min and then blend once cooled with
– 1/3 cup cottage cheese
– 1 tbsp cream cheese
– 1/2 cup milk
– more salt, pepper, Italian seasoning to taste
– 1 tsp sugar
heat the soup in a pan (optional but i like my soup very hot) but you can also microwave for 1 min
serve with toasted bread 😉
