-Salt and Pepper
-250g Spaghetti
-680g Can of Tomato sauce
-1 Can of tomato Soup
-Onion Powder
-Italian seasoning
-2 Cloves of Garlic Chopped
-Rosemary,Sage and Thyme
-I large diced Red Onion
-1 Diced Carrot
-1/2 Leeks Sliced
-1/2 Green pepper Diced
