RECIPES:
SLOPPY JOES CRESCENT ROLLS:
1 lb ground beef
1 can Manwich
2 cans crescent rolls
1.5 cups shredded cheese
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tin with nonstick spray. Cook and crumble ground beef, drain excess fat. Pour in can of Manwich and mix together. Line each muffin tin with a crescent roll. Place 1-2 tbsp sloppy joe mixture in each cup and top with shredded cheese. Pull corners up and pinch together to close the crescent roll. (some of the cheese or sloppy joe mixture might still be visible.) Top each crescent roll with a little Italian seasoning. Bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes. Allow to cool for 3-5 minutes before eating.
CHEESY GARLIC CRESCENT ROLLS:
1 can of crescent rolls (8 count)
4 mozzarella string cheeses (cut in half)
4 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp minced garlic
Preheat oven to 375. Line baking pan with parchment paper. Mix melted butter with seasoning and garlic. Top each crescent triangle with a little of butter mixture (reserving some butter to go on top of the rolled dough). Place a half a cheese stick on fat end of triangle, fold in the sides and roll up as normal, place on baking pan. Top all 8 crescent rolls with remaining butter mixture. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes, until light golden brown.
CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER CRESCENT ROLLS:
1 can crescent rolls
8 tbsp peanut butter (roughly, no need to measure)
8 tbsp chocolate chips (roughly, no need to measure)
extra 1/3 cup of chocolate chips, melted for topping
Preheat oven to 375. Line baking pan with parchment paper. Separate each crescent roll triangle. Place about a tbsp of peanut butter on fat end and spread around. Top this with about a tbsp of chocolate chips. Fold in corners at the fat end of triangle and roll as normal. Place on baking pan and bake for about 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile, melt remaining chocolate chips and put in a plastic bag and snip a corner to make it a piping bag. When the crescent rolls come out of the oven, pipe melted chocolate on top and serve!
