Italian Penne Recipe for 4 serving, double for more!

Dry penne pasta
4 cups kale, chopped
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 pound of lean ground beef (Add 2 teaspoon of salt)
1 chopped onion
4 cloves garlic, pressed
1 29-ounce can diced Italian-style tomatoes, undrained
4 tablespoons tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
8 ounces or more fresh mozzarella cube (to your taste)
Add salt and black pepper to taste
4 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
