YOU WILL NEED:
2. pounds ground beef
1. small thinly sliced onion
1. small thinly sliced green bell pepper
2. tablespoons beef bouillon
2. tsp onion powder
2. tsp garlic powder
1. tsp black pepper
1. tsp dried oregano—or fresh
1. pound of pasta sauce or spaghetti sauce
1. cup of mozzarella cheese–(add more if you like)
1. cup cheddar cheese-(add more if you like)
FOR MAKING THE MEATBALLS:
COMBINE THE SEASONINGS ABOVE WITH THE GROUND BEEF -BE SURE TO MIX VERY WELL TOGETHER- NEXT FORM THE MEATBALLS TO THE SIZE OF YOUR LIKING.
in a pot or skillet fry the meatballs until fully cooked (about 12 minutes) you can break open 1 of the meatballs to see if its fully cooked.
when meatballs are fully cooked- drain all grease from skillet-
next add the pasta sauce and onions and bell peppers.
now add the cheese on top of meatballs.
you can sprinkle a little onion and garlic powder and parsley over the very top of the meatballs if desired.
NOTE: at this point you can cover the skillet with a lid–and leave it to simmer on very low heat in order to melt the cheese. about 20 minutes.
OR
NOTE: if your skillet will go in the oven for baking-place it in a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for about 20 minutes
