Loaded Italian Skillet:

๐ฅฌ Ingredients:
1lb Italian sausage, I used hot
@flavorgod Italian zest, about 2-3 tsp
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
Salt
2 tbsp sour cream
Extra virgin olive oil
Red wine vinegar
โญ๏ธToppings:
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Red onion, sliced thin
Black olives
Banana peppers
๐ฅDirections:
In a skillet over medium high heat brown your Italian sausage . Add cabbage and season with salt and Italian zestโ cook to your desired tenderness( 5 minutes is perfect for me). Add sour cream and toss to combine. Add on your toppings and sprinkle low with Parmesan and red pepper flake.
